A tidy eve at Cleveland Museum of Art - Takashi Murakami 村上隆 discussed his exhibit and the influence of “Shogun”, plus the disconnect inherent in Western societies trying to interpret centuries old Japanese culture. His interpreter was brilliant. CMA did a really top job hosting...free beer!

Highly recommend the exhibit…give yerself 2hrs and read every description, gives a ton of insight/layering to his work that the visual belies.
